All reservations for any Experience Tour are subject to the following cancellation policy

Date of cancellation request received by us
8 or more days prior to the Experience Tour: No charge
2 to 7 days prior to the Experience Tour: 50% cancellation charge of the total cost
1 day prior and on the day to the Experience Tour: 100% cancellation charge of the total cost
No show or after the commencement of the Experience Tour: 100% of the total cost

In the event of a cancellation request, any refund will be remitted to your bank account after deducting the fees: cancellation charges as applicable and bank handling/wire transfer charges. It will likely take about 3-4 weeks to process under normal circumstances.

The date and time of cancellation are based on Japan Standard Time only when a notice is received by EDO KAGURA Corporation, regardless of when the customer sent the notice.

Changing the date of an Experience Tour
A request for any change in the date or number of attendees for your tour/ experience may be sent at least 8 full days prior to the date of the Experience Tour.

 

Please send your request for any change by email (info@edokagura.com). Please note that your request will be subject to availability, and there is no guarantee that such changes can be accepted unless EDO KAGURA Corporation confirms it. Once the change is confirmed, any additional charges must be settled in accordance with the email confirmation sent by EDO KAGURA Corporation. Any refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy above. If your requested change cannot be accepted, you may cancel your reservation thereafter, subject to the cancellation policy.

Therefore, last-minute cancellations or schedule changes could disrupt their work. Furthermore, your reservation might necessitate adjustments to their other professional commitments.
