Booking for Experience Tours

Step 1: Send a Tour Request

Check the availability of each experience tour from the "Booking" menu in the header. First, click the "Request to Book" button for the tour you wish to join, select your desired date and time from the calendar, and send your request. You can also jump to the "Request to Book" page from the description page of each tour.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Enter your name and email address in the "Client Detail" section. If you have children, need wheelchair access, or have other questions, please include this information in "Add Your Message" and send it with "Request to Book."

Step 3: Confirmation and Payment

Within 3 business days, we will notify you via email about the availability of the tour. If the tour is available, we will send a "Confirmation" email with the tour name, date and time, and a URL to the payment page, making it easy for you to pay. You can also access the payment page from the "Payment" menu in the header. Payment methods include PayPal or credit card.

Booking for Clothing Rental (For Samue Rental)

1: Send a Rental Request

From the "Booking" menu in the header, select the color and size of the Samue, then click the "Request to Book" button. Choose the "3 PM" button for the rental start date (such as your hotel check-in date) from the calendar and send your request.

 

Due to the reservation system's limitations, the duration is displayed as 30 minutes; please disregard this information.

2: Enter Your Information

Input your name and email address in the "Client Detail" section. Specify your desired rental return date and the delivery address of the hotel in "Add Your Message" and submit with "Request to Book". Note that some accommodations, like private lodgings, may not accept deliveries. Please consult us in the "Add Your Message" section if this is the case. Specify the hotel return date as your desired rental return date. The maximum rental period is one week.

3: Confirmation and Payment

Within three business days, we will notify you via email regarding the availability of the rental. If the rental is confirmed, we will send a "Confirmation" email detailing the rental date and time, along with URLs for the Samue rental payment and the "Security Bond", making it easy for you to complete the payment. The "Security Bond" payment is also necessary for the rental. You can access the payment page from the "Payment" menu in the header. Payment methods include PayPal or credit card.

About the "Security Bond"

When ordering a Samue rental, you must order one "Security Bond" per item. If a "Security Bond" is not included in your order, we will not dispatch the rental item. The "Security Bond" will be fully refunded after we receive the returned Samue and verify that there is no damage or significant soiling. However, please understand that the bond will not be refunded in cases of damage or significant soiling.
