Dyeing Process
1: Choose a pattern and colors
Select from four silk stole patterns:
Karahana Yoko-dan, Karahana, Nadeshiko, and Flowers and Birds.
Colors are decided in consultation with the artisans at the workshop.
2: Dyeing experience begins
Place a pattern template on the silk stole.
Using a special round brush, apply dye mixed with paste using light pressure.
Applying too much pressure may cause bleeding, so careful control is essential.
3: Factory tour
After completing the dyeing, enjoy a guided tour of the workshop with an artisan.
In this plan, steaming, washing, and drying are handled by the artisans.
If you wish to perform all steps yourself, please contact us in advance.
4: Receive your silk stole
The finished silk stole will be delivered to your hotel within 2 days
after the experience.

Meeting Point
The meeting point will be arranged after booking.
Hotel pickup is available upon request for an additional fee.
