Handling Charges for Arranged Travel

Arrangement Fees
For combined arrangements of transportation and accommodation:
For group arrangements of 2 or more people: 20% of the total travel cost
For individuals (other than the above cases): Up to 20% per arrangement

For accommodation vouchers only
For group arrangements of 2 or more people: 20% of the accommodation voucher face value
For individuals (other than the above cases): Up to 20% per arrangement

For transportation only
Up to 20% per arrangement

Guide Service Fees (excluding actual travel expenses such as accommodation transportation):
45,000 yen per guide per day

Change Procedures
For combined arrangements of transportation and accommodation
For group arrangements of 2 or more people: 1,100 yen per arrangement
For individuals (other than the above cases): 1,100 yen per arrangement

Change of transportation reservation/arrangement

1,100 yen per arrangement

Change of accommodation reservation/arrangement (including voucher exchange if necessary)

Cancellation Procedures
For combined arrangements of transportation and accommodation
For group arrangements of 2 or more people: 1,100 yen per arrangement
For individuals (other than the above cases): 1,100 yen per arrangement

 

Cancellation of transportation arrangement (including settlement procedures for unused tickets)

1,100 yen per arrangement

 

Cancellation of accommodation arrangement (including settlement procedures for unused accommodation vouchers)

Communication Charges
For urgent local arrangements or communications requested by the customer: 1,100 yen per arrangement (telephone and telegram charges are separate)

Notes: A group arranged travel refers to multiple travelers who have appointed a representative to travel on the same itinerary. Suppose changes or cancellations are made at the customer's request. In that case, the above change and cancellation procedure fees will be charged in addition to the cancellation fees set by transportation and accommodation institutions. It will be treated as one arrangement for consecutive nights at the same accommodation institution.
The above fees include consumption tax.

Consultation Fees (Travel Consultation Contract)
Tourist Travel
(1) Consultation for creating the customer's travel plan: Basic fee (up to 30 minutes) 2,200 yen, then 2,200 yen for every additional 30 minutes
(2) Creation of a travel plan: 7,700 yen per day of the travel schedule
(3) Estimation of expenses necessary for travel (for travel involving combined arrangements of transportation and accommodation): A basic fee of 2,200 yen plus 4,400 yen per day of the travel schedule
(4) Estimation of transportation fares and charges: 1,100 yen per case
(5) Provision of information on travel destinations and transportation, accommodation institutions, etc.: 1,100 yen per document (A4 size)
