Hotel pickup is available upon request for an additional fee. Please wear socks when entering Operated by a licensed travel agency (Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Regional-8490) Insurance is included The experience is held at Yukimoto, a top-class luxury ryotei frequented by political and business leaders On rare occasions, geisha may need to leave early due to prior commitments with other ryotei. This is part of geisha culture. Please note that fees and program content remain unchanged even if a geisha’s attendance time is shortened. Cancellation Policy
Date of cancellation request received by us 8 or more days prior to the Experience Tour: No charge 2 to 7 days prior to the Experience Tour: 50% cancellation charge of the total cost 1 day prior and on the day to the Experience Tour: 100% cancellation charge of the total cost No show or after the commencement of the Experience Tour: 100% of the total cost In the event of a cancellation request, any refund will be remitted to your bank account after deducting the fees: cancellation charges as applicable and bank handling/wire transfer charges. It will likely take about 3-4 weeks to process under normal circumstances. The date and time of cancellation are based on Japan Standard Time only when a notice is received by EDO KAGURA Corporation, regardless of when the customer sent the notice.
