Tea Ceremony Private Tea Ceremony Experience for Two Guests Price ¥13,000 per person (This plan is exclusively for 2 guests) Group Size Minimum booking: 2 guests This plan is for 2 guests Please note: If the class size is small, you may be paired with other participants during the tea ceremony session. Duration Approximately 1 hour What’s Included Tea ceremony experience in a traditional tea room led by an Urasenke associate professor Matcha and Jo-Namagashi (high-grade Japanese sweets) Multilingual local guide (English / French / German / Spanish) Support and explanation throughout the experience Not Included Transportation costs Meeting Point The meeting point will be arranged after booking. Hotel pickup is available upon request for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy
Date of cancellation request received by us 8 or more days prior to the Experience Tour: No charge 2 to 7 days prior to the Experience Tour: 50% cancellation charge of the total cost 1 day prior and on the day to the Experience Tour: 100% cancellation charge of the total cost No show or after the commencement of the Experience Tour: 100% of the total cost In the event of a cancellation request, any refund will be remitted to your bank account after deducting the fees: cancellation charges as applicable and bank handling/wire transfer charges. It will likely take about 3-4 weeks to process under normal circumstances. The date and time of cancellation are based on Japan Standard Time only when a notice is received by EDO KAGURA Corporation, regardless of when the customer sent the notice.
